Old Stoney Museum
Restoration of a High School built in 1922 for the purpose of a Plains History Museum. With the help of the City of Sundance and the Wyoming Business Council, The Restoration project was completed in 2020 and houses the Crook County Museum and several beautifully appointed offices available for lease.
Croell Business Park
Creation of a an industrial park near Highway 90. Infrastructure to include heavy power, fiber connectivity, sewer and water system capable of sprinkler systems.
Present projects
City Park
The removal of a school administration building and building a city park located adjacent to the Museum to be used as a community gathering and event center to be completed in 2021.
